A Perfect Moment

This was the last day of the reunion and Sandra brought up a few beads for the girls to make some patriotic bracelets and earrings. The rain was starting to come down, Jared was makin some chocolate chip cookies and we had some fun tunes playn in the background. It was a perfect afternoon. About 5 minutes later it started to hail so hard it looked like snow on the ground. ( i would have uploaded that video but it is long and would take forever) Anyway we had a blast and it was one of those perfect moments in life. Life is wonderful!

Water Balloons

Over the July 4th weekend we had our family reunion in Forest Lakes. We did a ton of fun stuff but I think the biggest hit was the launching of the water balloons. The launcher would launch them 300 yards!! These were serious launches. We dont mess around with our water balloons. We also went canoing and kayaking and swimming at Willow lake, had a few water fights, lots of games, a few movies, rides of the golfcart and a ton of fun together. Families are the best thing in the world! I love mine!!!

London Bridges lalala...

I flew over to London to visit Moss for the week. It was so much fun. This picture was taken in front of the "London Bridge Experience". Its a scary story about the history of the London bridge followed by a haunted house. I'm not gonna say who was scared more but I will say that I was not the one dropping to my knees screaming like a little girl when the guys would pop out at us... hehehehe.

My Most Favorite Place on Earth

This is my most favorite place on the whole earth! I loved the island of Lamu. It is a small island off the coast of Africa. We flew from Nairobi to the coast of Kenya then we took a 40 min. speed boat ride to the island. There is only one car on the whole island. Our hut was right at the edge of the Indian Ocean. I slept outside on the swinging bed. Cant get any better than the sound of waves and a warm breeze to rock you to sleep at night. Ahhhh... HEAVEN.
